We sell products to companies and adult private individuals in the EU. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed in our online shop and to similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from 1.9.2020. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online shop.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed an order, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. For example, the products ordered, the delivery address or the payment cannot be modified or cancelled afterwards. You can return delivered products under certain conditions, see Order cancellation and returns.
You can pay for your purchase via online banking at the time of ordering. The e-commerce payment service provider and payment service provider is Bambora Ab.
All prices include VAT at 24%. The valid price is the price indicated in the online shop at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct incorrectly recorded prices and to change prices and delivery charges. Please check the prices of products and delivery charges in the shopping cart before confirming your order.
An order confirmation will be sent automatically by email once the order has been received. Once the products have been packed and shipped to you, you will receive an email notification. If for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
There are three delivery options:

- kirje 1,95 e
- pick-up from KANTO Kosmetiikka in Sotkuma 0 e.
You can only choose letter delivery in the online shop if the total weight of the order does not exceed 50 g. Orders over 50 euro are delivered free of charge. You can choose the place of delivery for postal parcels. We use recycled materials for packaging whenever possible. We will dispatch the products within 5 working days of the order and any subsequent deliveries will be free of charge. In the event of a delay in delivery, we will contact you by email and you can cancel your order if you wish.
If you choose to collect from KANTO Kosmetiikka, we will contact you by email and arrange a collection time with you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER
You can order products by adding them to your shopping cart, paying and confirming your order. Please note that before confirming your order, you must agree to our terms and conditions of order, payment and delivery and thus be bound by them. You must be at least 18 years of age.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDER
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the products. You must inform us of the cancellation by e-mail (email@example.com). If the cancellation is made more than 14 days after receipt of the goods, it will not be accepted. Cancellation must always be notified and failure to collect the goods from the collection point does not constitute cancellation. If you do not pick up your shipment, the payment will not be refunded to you. For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back unsealed products (resin ointment and lip balm).
If you cancel your order, you must ensure that the products are packaged so that they are in saleable condition when they arrive at Kanto Cosmetics. We will only accept products that are unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept opened products. Refunds will only be given if these conditions are met.
If you cancel an order, you must send the products to us within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Late returns will not be accepted, so please ensure that you can prove the date of dispatch, for example by means of a receipt. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs and the products cannot be returned by postal order.
Please pack the products carefully and send them to us as a postal parcel to Kantoniementie 16, 83750 Sotkuma. Include your name, contact details and bank account number in the package and we will refund the money you paid for the order as soon as we have received the return and checked the products.
HANDLING PROBLEMS WITH ORDER
If you encounter any problems with your order or delivery, please contact us immediately. Please check the products carefully when you receive your order. If there are any defects in the order or the products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order. In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory consumer protection law provisions on liability for defects.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
KANTO Kosmetiikka shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the order, delivery or product or any of the foregoing except to the extent otherwise provided by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such loss or damage.
We will endeavour to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the first instance to settle the matter.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Helpdesk (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
CANCELLATION OF A COSMETICS COURSE
If you are unable to attend a course, you can cancel your place 12 days in advance and the course fee will be refunded in full. After this date, your registration is binding and cannot be cancelled without a compelling reason (e.g. illness). For places cancelled less than 12 days in advance, you can get a refund if you find another participant to take your place or the course is otherwise full.
Illness: if you fall ill before the course, please contact the course organiser immediately by phone or email. In case of illness, please contact us by phone or e-mail or contact the course organiser. You must send a doctor's certificate to email@example.com in order to receive a refund.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR COURSES DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PERIOD
We reserve the right to cancel courses at short notice if the exceptional circumstances so require. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule the course in the first instance and refund the course fee to the customer in the second instance. We also reserve the right to cancel courses due to illness of the instructor.
Jos epäilet itselläsi olevan koronatartunta tai sinulla tai läheiselläsi todetaan koronavirus ennen kurssia, ole välittömästi yhteydessä meihin (firstname.lastname@example.org / 045 78315273). Koronan takia perutun kurssipaikan maksu palautetaan sinulle viipymättä. Peruthan tulosi etukäteen, sillä kurssin jälkeen ilmoitettuja peruutuksia emme ota vastaan emmekä näin ollen palauta maksua.
